Rowdy and Scarlett start off as enemies but quickly turn into friends and although it did seem as though there was a little bit of “insta-love” happening, it didn’t negatively impact the plot. You can’t help but fall in love with him. Rowdy Wade is beautiful, cocky, funny, but most of all he has a big heart.
